We will process your order within 2 business days following the payment being cleared. Any uniforms requiring custom embroidery may take an additional 5-10 business days. Estimated delivery timeframes are noted when you select your freight options.
Quality is important to us. If you discover an issue with our goods, please Contact Us and we will do whatever we can to resolve it quickly.
If the goods you receive are faulty, we will refund or replace them (at your choice) if they are returned to us within 30 days of purchase. The goods must be returned as they were supplied, in their original packaging, undamaged, unmarked and unused.
If a fault develops in the goods after you begin using them but still within 30 days of purchase we will replace, repair or refund the goods depending on the nature and extent of the fault.
Return freight is the responsibility of the buyer; replacement freight is the responsibility of the seller. All freight expenses paid are not refundable.
The advice we offer on this web site is our opinion, informed by years of experience. However we will not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of you taking our advice.
Our standard terms are payment before dispatch of goods. We do offer other payment options such as monthly billing for trusted customers. In any situation where we dispatch goods before payment is received, and payment is not forthcoming in accordance with our agreement with the customer, then we reserve the right to recover that payment and any additional debt collection costs from the customer.
We will not disclose or sell your customer data, contact or credit card details to any third party.
Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.
